The three of us decided to cash in on some Jet Blue vouchers and flew to Las Vegas this past weekend. It's a good thing we were together because it wouldn't have been nearly as fun and enjoyable. We keep telling Maddie how lucky she is to be the "only" one at home because we didn't do this kind of thing with the other kids. I'm not sure if she is buying into the idea!
Here we are in our "Poncho Section" gear getting ready to watch the "Blue Man Group". We had tickets on the third row and so they prepared us for the possibility of flying paint or squished bananas......
But they didn't tell us about the rolls and rolls of toiletpaper we would receive from the back of the venue! It was one of the funniest nights we ever had together.
Everyone had left the theater but us and we found great joy in making the best of every kind of lighting for a picture moment.
After the show Mr. Blue #1 himself was there to greet us and posed for pictures and even gave Maddie an autograph...a thumbprint of paint off his head.
To heck with Vegas just give me family!!!
